With over 35 years of experience in optometry, Dr. Annette Hoo is dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive eye care. For the past 33 years, she has proudly served the Bridgeport community, providing a wide range of services including routine eye exams, contact lens examinations and fittings, and the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, including glaucoma.
Dr. Hoo graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometry. In addition to her local practice, Dr. Hoo is committed to global outreach and regularly participates in mission trips, offering free eye care to underserved communities around the world.
Known for her thorough care and patient-first approach, Dr. Hoo is a trusted optometrist for individuals and families across the region.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Hoo enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves taking long walks, enjoys going to live theatre productions, and reading.
