I called around trying to get an eye exam & places were booking out a month or 2 .. Village eye associates got me in for my appointment in just a few days. I was in & out in 40 minutes! The staff was great but Dr. Afshar was fantastic! He was very personable & was clear in explaining what I needed, what I didn’t need and why. I’m so happy I found this place & will be returning for all my families eye care :)

Dr. Suraj Afshar and his team are great! Arrived to my appointment to find the office to be immaculate, front desk very friendly, and overall very accommodating experience....Great people. Clean office. Needs met. Efficient service. What else can you ask for?

Dr. Bejian is a treat for your eyes! I had my first exam, with her, yesterday. Dr. Bejian is highly qualified, thorough and has great Doctor-Patient communication skills. She uses state of the art technology to chart your eyes and she reviews and explains all health aspects with you. You will be more informed about your eyes, than you imagined possible. I felt I was well taken care of, during the testing and exam process. The office is Beautiful! The entire staff worked as a team, from my first phone call. I am Claudia Nangle, Paul's wife . I stopped in to Village Associates today to have my eyeglasses fixed. I met Dr. Suraj Afshar. I was pleased to meet him and his wonderful staff. Every person that I met was so friendly. I was even able to have an eye exam because the Dr. had an opening. I was very impressed with all the new equipment.he was so knowledgeable about dry eyes and of all my eye problems. I found a new eye doctor!!! I got a new prescription and new frames that I love. The sales people from the frame company were there. They were so helpful in my selection of my frames. Also there is a sale on frames, 30% off. The new office was beautiful !!! I was also happy to see Carol my favorite person who has helped me for many years!!! Thank you all for a most wonderful visit today!!! The SALE of frames will go on for 2 More days Wed. and Thurs just in case you want to get a new pair of glasses!!! Thank you all for your professionalism in the office!!!

I ALWAYS feel like I am in good hands here. Dr. Bejian has always gone above and beyond to ensure my eyes are taken care of, from any preventative care to giving me samples of new contacts to try that have better technology than my current ones. Julie is a fantastic admin who is on top of everything. She spent so much time on the phone helping me to update my prescription order, and emailed me prompty with the relevant paperwork. Really wonderful practice all around

Royal Vision has a good service. They welcome you very well from the moment you enter. They have very good hospitality and customer service. A very clean and tidy clinic. I feel very satisfied with their service. I loved the technicians and their explanation of my health condition and my eyesight. And the help in choosing my lenses. Thank you all. I recommend them 100%.

Always professional and very friendly. Most of the staff. One member likes to rush you to finish your thought so that she can tell you she can’t help. Everyone else is sweet and very helpful

Nothing but great things to say - starting from the receptionist, medical assistant, doctor, to the frame staff. Very clean and amazing selection of frames. Opt for the $40 eye pics instead of dilation! And book your apt sooner than later because they fill up fast. Thank You !!

Excellent and efficient service! The administrative and nursing staff are very courteous, professionally friendly with good manners. They make you feel welcome and committed to give you the best customer and medical service. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable explaining in details my eye exams results and answering all my questions in detail. The medical facility is well located, beautiful, clean, very organized and modern with state of the art equipment and latest technology. They had a great relaxing background music everywhere and of course...singing crickets inside the elevator shaft. Hah! My kudos goes to Jennifer, Ashley, Liz, Valerie, Yesibell, Dr. Shawn Burns and in general to all the staff. I highly recommend this eye care center which they also have a cool big selection of eye glasses. Cheers!

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Burns for my appointment. He takes the time to explain my care, offer options, and answer my questions. Nothing is rushed or forced. The rest of the staff are very personable as well, which makes the overall visit great!

The staff was so nice. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions with a smile. When it was time to pick out my glasses the woman who helped me was wonderful. She gave me great suggestions and was so patient while I tried on several pair. I went in thinking i knew what i wanted, but ended up with ones i never would have considered. And I LOVE them! They had an amazing collection that my insurance covered, which was a real treat!

I love the doctors. They take time out to ask you questions and they show genuine concern for their patients. The front deck staff are really nice and so are the two women that shows you the glasses after you meet with the doctor. Overall, I love this place.

Highly recommend Dr. Lechanski! We took our son to get his eyes checked out after it was recommended by his pediatrician. We were a bit nervous as there was a fair bit of uncertainty, But Dr. Lechanski immediately put us at ease. She was very Warm and attentive, and did an incredibly thorough job. My son was nervous at first, and now he loves going to the eye doctor! 5 stars for Dr. Lechanski!!!

I had a terrific experience here. Dr. Luria is very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. I came in for a general eye health checkup to make sure my recent migraines weren't eye related, and I was really pleased that Eye Q has a machine that allows a 3d imagine of your eye to be taken, without any need for dilation (my most hated aspect of all eye exams, haha). I wouldn't hesitate to come back here and will be recommending this location to my friends and colleagues.

Celebrating 25 years this year, Eye Q is a great spot for an eye exam! Dr. Luria was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the exam. I was in and out with no delay, a clean bill of health and a new prescription! They’re currently running a great promo on frames due to their 25th anniversary. Definitely recommend!

I have been one of Dr. Luria's patients since 2017 and having my vision checked is actually one of my favorite things to do because not only is Dr. Luria super knowledgable, he's also personable and gets to his patients. I *also* love selecting new frames - thanks to their awesome selection. I wear progressives and absolutely need eyeglasses to navigate the world. As a costume designer and creative entrepreneur, it's important to me that my frames reflect my artistic interests and learning about the craftsmanship of each pair of frames has really made me value them even more. Over the years the team at Eye Q Optical have helped me pick out frames, they know what size and shape I'm most likely going to gravitate to and they suggest new shapes and colors I may not have considered. I took a photo of all seven of the frames I've invested in - two of them have polarized lenses so I can enjoy the sunniest days and still see. People always compliment me on my frames and I'm happy to share that they, too, can find the best frames locally!

Friendly and thorough, everything from reservation to confirmation call was perfect. Lots of great glasses. I will definitely visit again next time and Dr. Lesoltis was very helpful and answered with great information.

We had a wonderful experience with doctor Puzio- both my daughter and I felt well cared for and thoroughly evaluated. The staff was kind, patient, and made the visit comfortable and stress-free for both of us.

I had a great experience at Puzio Eyecare Associates in Dennis. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. Dr Ernst is very thorough and personable, and she explains exam results very clearly. Saving the best for last … I worked with Ashley to select new frames. She is so talented at choosing styles that fit individual needs and face shape ! She is so patient and never caused me to feel rushed or silly for trying several choices. Ashley works hard to fit your frames and your budget … she is a great asset to the practice!

Dr. Puzio and staff are great. Explains things clearly ( even if it means my eyes are aging:)… couldn’t be nicer from start to finish. I’m 9 years and counting as a patient.

I had annual eye exam for my prescription eyeglasses with bifocals . The staff where great and my eye doctor Melissa Ernst Brent OD was very wonderful and listened to what I needed and said. I will always recommend you to friends and co-workers.

I have been using Puzio Eyecare for years now. Dr. Matthew Puzio is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and down to Earth. He seems to have good management skills as well. Most of his employees have been there for a considerable time. A positive Doctors visit is always a welcome thing!

The whole staff is amazing. I have been coming here for 11 years. The newest surprise has been Dr Puzzio's discovery of a new dry eye treatment. As an 80 year old Nurse Practitioner I can report that it is life changing.

Phyllis is the heart and soul of Puzzio Associates. She provides outstanding customer service, and always makes all her patients feel valued. My kids have been going to Dr. Puzzio for over ten years.

Pleasant experience. The receptionist is extremely hospitable and helpful. I am always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Matt and the entire staff are very competent and friendly. If you are considering contact lenses, they have a great price package which includes a follow up appointment. I also take my 10 year old son for his yearly check up. He has a developmental disability, which makes any Dr appointment difficult. The staff has always been wonderful in making his experience as stress free as possible.

The staff always goes above and beyond to make my experiences as positive as possible. I have yet to have a negative experience and the new glasses they guided me towards are exactly what I both wanted and needed.

All the ladies and the particular Dr. who saw me went beyond expectations. Erica, who took care of me during the process was phenomenal! It's always nice and rewarding to have a personal experience in these particular visits.

Great experience. Every person I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Hard to find a business like that these days. They also explained everything very clearly as it was all very new to me. I will be returning in a few days to purchase my first pair of glasses.

I had such a positive experience with Sound Beach Optiks. After my original eye exam elsewhere resulted in a prescription that clearly wasn’t right, Lee immediately recognized that my new glasses weren’t working properly. Without any hassle or questions asked, he asked Dr. Poe to provide me with a new eye exam at no charge and carefully correct my prescription. It became clear that my previous prescription had inaccuracies, and Dr. Poe went above and beyond to make sure I received the most accurate prescription possible. I truly appreciated the professionalism, care, and attention I received throughout the entire process. I highly recommend visiting Lee and Dr. Poe to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Wonderful customer service, outstanding care, and a team that truly stands behind their work.

I had a great experience dealing with the Doctor, and staff. He makes you feel very comfortable, and even wanted some of my business cards as a handy man around the area!

This place is amazing! The doctor (Dr. Chris Fields) was incredibly kind, caring, and determined to help us! He went the extra mile at every turn! Also they offer something most places do not. Instead of eye dilation, which is never fun. They offer something different which gives the same results as dilation, pictures are taken. It's very easy. It's also very cheap! The pictures may not be covered by insurance but they make it very affordable! All the staff was awesome! The receptionist was kind and helpful. I can say with 100% certainty this is where my daughter and I will continue to go and I will always refer them to anyone who asks. They also seem to take many types of insurance whereas most types of these doctors offices do not. We personally did not get our glasses there, our insurances covered every part of the exam but not the glasses there. Which was fine because they never pushed it on us and they even went out of their way to give us a couple names of offices that do except our insurance for glasses. Absolutely 5 stars for everything and everyone!

It was a long wait to get in here (about 6 months for us) but totally worth it for us. My son is autistic and they were so patient with him and they have better equipment than most other offices so he didn’t have to have eyedrops or the dreaded air puff. Highly recommend them :)

I've been going here for several years. Very Modern, professional, friendly and efficient office. Doctor Krauchunas is an excellent OD and very pleasant. They do book out far in advance for routine eye care, just be proactive. Best in the Lakes Region.
